In the industrial district of Blat, AEC took on the task of transforming a shell into a fully functional industrial facility. With a total area of 351 m², this project involved the installation of precast concrete structures, detailed finishing, and infrastructure adaptation. The building includes a lower-level basement used for storage and an upper-level office space tailored for operational management. The challenge lay in optimizing structural flow and space efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance with industrial regulations. With speed and precision, the team delivered a robust, practical, and flexible facility fit for diverse industrial uses. This project demonstrates AEC’s versatility in adapting to industrial standards while maintaining aesthetic and structural integrity.
