This major residential project in Hosrayel includes two high-density apartment blocks totaling 3,080 m². Each block comprises a basement, a ground floor, and three upper levels. AEC was responsible for the complete construction cycle: from civil works and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to internal finishing, external landscaping, and solar energy integration. The buildings were engineered for both functional use and aesthetic appeal, offering residents modern living spaces with balconies, natural lighting, and efficient layouts. Landscaping around the buildings added a natural and inviting touch, while solar systems significantly reduced the complex’s environmental footprint. This project showcases AEC’s capability in handling large-scale residential works with sustainable performance at the core.
