AEC extended its engineering reach to the UAE with this sleek 520 m² villa in Dubai. Although the civil structure was pre-established, the client entrusted AEC with the MEP design and implementation, including HVAC and plumbing systems. Leveraging cutting-edge BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools, AEC developed accurate 3D shop drawings for all mechanical components, ensuring seamless integration within the existing structure. Special attention was paid to thermal regulation and water optimization—crucial in Dubai’s arid climate. Our team worked closely with local engineers to meet both aesthetic desires and strict regulatory codes.
